hairstylist currently
employed by Rolf's.
Points are non-transferable
How
do employees earn
points?
Employees
earn:
2 points for
every Kerastase retail
dollar and
5 points
for every treatment
dollar
Do
employees start out
with any points?
Yes, you'll be starting out
with the total points you've
earn in Kerastase retail and
treatment sales since February
1, 2005.
When
can the Kerastase
points be used?
You will be able to
use your points towards
eligble education classes
when you have earned
enough points for the
desired class. Simply
complete an on-line
Redemption Request Form
and we will take care
of the rest.
Where
can I find a Redemption
Request Form?
You can obtain this
form on-line at www.rolfs-salon.com/points/kerastase_redemption_form.pdf or
by clicking on the Jobs
page of our website
and selecting Employee
Points. A new password
will be provided monthly
through your salon manager.
| REDEMPTION STEPS |
1. Fill out the Redemption Request Form. Select a class by indicating with an "X" to the left of the class title.
2. Your Redemption Request Form needs to be submitted at least 12 weeks in advance of education dates.
3. This form you are submitting is a request. Every effort will be made to accommodate your request; however, classes are subject to availability.
4. You will receive a response either confirmed or declined within 2 weeks after your Redemption Request Form is submitted.
You
are responsible for
travel, lodging and
food expenses.
A monthly statement
will be provided for
you with an up-to-date
point total each month.
